When we have completed each Phase of our services, your records and what will be found at your cemetery will match. In addition, you will no longer be dependent on just one person who understands the records and the cemetery.
You will receive HARD COPY BOOK(S) of all of your maps and records
The book(s) will be a black, three-ring binder and will feature labeled and easy to flip to tabs for each section of information. Each sheet in the book(s) will also be protected in weather resistant plastic sleeves.

- Detailed maps that highlight Burials, Lot Owners, Veterans and For Sale graves
- Easy to handle

BURIAL RECORDS
- Burials listed alphabetically by last name
- Burials listed numerically by grave space location
- Burials listed chronologically by date of death as the burials occurred in the cemetery
VETERANS
- 8 ½” X 11” computer drawn map highlighting the location of each veteran in the cemetery
- Veterans listed alphabetically by last name
- Veterans listed numerically by grave space location
LOT OWNERS
- Lot Owners listed alphabetically by last name
- Lot Owners listed numerically by grave space location
- Graves that are still available and for sale are very easy to track in this section
You will also receive an electronic copy of your records and maps
- Your package will NOT include software but will include the electronic data of your cemetery records and maps. This gives you the opportunity to safely archive your records. Having possession of the electronic data also gives you the choice between conducting future updates yourself or continuing to utilize our services. Your choice.
- This electronic data IS NOT proprietary and is compatible with other softwares. This provides a great deal of flexibility and options for you.
- Having possession of the electronic data also helps you to keep your record keeping costs to a minimum over the coming years. Anytime you can do things yourself or you can enlist the services of knowledgeable volunteers, it saves money!
